We notice the difficulties that PR and marketing division of foreign company in Japan is facing. It is expected to follow the PR and marketing strategy outlined by headquarters, but the strategy is not always as suitable or effective in Japanese market as it is in the homeland. In such cases, we receive a request from Japan office to create effective plans for Japan office to convince the headquarters and to help backup such plans by providing supporting data. Not only helping them by providing supporting data and plans, but upon clients' request, we attend PR and marketing meetings with the clients' headquarter to help gaining approval of such PR plans.
On a regular basis, we provide thorough consultation on PR. Upon request from the clients, we are able to attend telephone conferences with the headquarters. Also, we create short-term to long-term PR schedules understanding strategies of both headquarters and Japan offices.
Based on the strategy created, we start PR activity in Japan by creating and distributing press releases and getting exposure to media.
We create and provide a PR activity and coverage report. Based on the PR result, we find out what types of activities are most effective, and we create better strategy for the following PR phase.
